QKSC Dry type core starting reactor

I.General description

QKSC Dry type core starting reactor can reduce the starting current of large AC asynchronous motor, connect the starting reactor and motor in series to increase the equivalent impedance of motor starting circuit to reduce the starting current and reduce the impact on power grid. The starting process of AC motor is very short (usually a few seconds to two minutes). After starting, the reactor or autotransformer for step-down starting will be cut off. This product is a starting reactor designed according to the starting characteristics of 6kV or 10kv High-voltage Asynchronous Motor, and its application range is 220kw-1400kw. Various starting reactors can also be designed according to the specific motor model and requirements of users.


II.Structure feature

The core of the reactors is made of silicon steel sheets stacked into three column core structure. The core column is circular section, and the yoke is inverted D-shaped section. There are several air gaps on the three core pillars making the core column divided into several core cakes. The air gap plate and core cake are tightened by the tightening screw on the upper and lower yokes. The reactor winding is cylindrical, wound with high-strength electromagnetic wire and treated by cast resin in vacuum, combined into a whole body, and has a tap whose reactance value is 85% of the rated reactance value.

V.Enviroment

1.The altitude shall not exceed 1000m;

2. The operating environment temperature is - 25 ℃ to + 45 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 90%;

3. There is no harmful gas and inflammable and explosive materials around;

4. The surrounding environment should be well ventilated.
