CKSC cast resin series reactor


I. General description

Parallel capacitor banks are usually used in power system to compensate reactive power and improve power factor. In order to limit the passing current and closing inrush current of capacitor bank caused by higher harmonic current to protect the capacitor banks, series reactor is usually installed on the capacitor bank. Our CKSC cast resin series reactor can work normally and continuously under the voltage peak value of 3 √ 2un terminal and 1.35in rated current, and can also operate continuously under the total current of no more than 35% of the third and fifth harmonic current, and the effective value is 1.2in rated current.


II.Structural features

1. The coil is made of glass filament winding and vacuum epoxy resin casting to form a solid oval shape, with high mechanical strength, small partial discharge, high reliability, and heat dissipation air channel is reserved to ensure the coil has good heat dissipation performance.

2. The coil adopts segmented cylindrical structure, with low interlayer voltage and strong overvoltage capability. 

3. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet with neat lamination and smooth surface, and the whole body is dipped with paint to effectively reduce the noise level.

4.The overall dimension of reactor is designed according to the standard cabinet size, which is small in size and convenient for wiring, and can be outgoing from one side or both sides.

1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m;

2. The operating environment temperature is - 25 to + 45 , and the relative humidity is not more than 90%;

3. There is no harmful gas and inflammable and explosive materials around;

 The surrounding environment should be well ventilated
