1. General
KYNA-24 series of indoor withdrawout metal-clad switch cabinet apply to indoor power system of three phase 50/60Hz, rated voltage 24KV. They are mainly used in power plant, substation, industry and mining enterprise and high-rise buildings to receive and distribute electric energy and control, protect and monitor the electric circuit. KYNA-24 series of indoor withdrawout metal-clad switch cabinet is of advanced technology, stable performance, reasonable structure, easy operation, reliable.
2. Main characteristics and technical parameters
The shell of the switchgear applies the aluminum-zinc alloy coated sheet plate brought in abroad, processed by CNC machine tool, applies multiple folding technology. The whole cabinet has the advantage of high accuracy, strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation ability. And for the multiple folding technology, the cabinet is much lighter than the other similar cabinet, and stronger mechanical strength. The cabinet applies the assembly structure, connected by pulling rivet and high-strength bolt. The framework of the withdrawable handcart applies thin steel plate, processed by CNC machining tool. The handcart is classified as vacuum circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcart, lighting arrester handcart, isolating handcart, measuring handcart, transformer used handcart and fuse handcart. The same specification handcarts can be interchanged. The main electric components of the switchgear has independent compartment, that is: circuit breaker handcart chamber, bus chamber, cable room, relay instrument room and so on. The protection level of all cubicles is over IP2X. The other three compartments have their own pressure release pathways except the relay instrument room. The mid-set structure greatly increase the cable room space, and thus multiple cable can be paralleled connected
